Out of the Shadows

Out of the Shadows is a wellness program provided by the Juravinski Hosptial and Cancer Centre. It is a series of talks by experts in cancer care for persons recovering from early stage cancer and getting back to everyday life and routines. If you are feeling lost or not sure what to do after you have completed your treatment, join us in our wellness program to meet, listen and chat with the experts. The program takes place at the Wellwood Juravinski House. This beautiful resource centre is located on Hamilton West Mountain. Healthy Eating Class

Puzzled about what to eat? Our healthy eating class is for people who have completed cancer treatment and would like to know more about healthy eating. The sessions are approximately one hour and a half in length.  For more information or to register, please call Supportive Care at extension 64315.
