The 2009 BRIGHT Run Executive Committee and John Bukovac, Chair, of the Juravinski Cancer Centre Foundation announce that the BRIGHT Run raised more than $420.000* for breast cancer research in Hamilton

We invite you to join us on Saturday, September 11th, 2010 for the third annual BRIGHT Run and Walk. BRIGHT stands for Breast Cancer Research In Greater Hamilton Today and underscores the commitment the JCC's Breast Disease Site Team has to its patients through treatment and leading-edge research. In fact, the JCC is home to many renowned researchers whose work in clinical trials and health services research has improved and advanced the treatment for breast cancer patients locally, nationally and around the world.

All proceeds from the run and walk benefit breast cancer research at the Juravinski Cancer Centre.

Once again, participants have the opportunity to walk 1 km and 5 km, and to run 5 km along the beautiful Rail Trail at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area.
